Who we are

Wodana is made by Antro-Pai Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in India. Wodana is the web app, client portal and mobile app that interior design and fit-out firms use to run their work.

Information we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and role in the firm.
• Business data a firm enters: enquiries, clients, quotes, projects and the files attached to them.
• Photos a user chooses to attach, such as site progress and delivery photos.
• Precise location, only at the moment a user checks in or out or logs a site visit in the mobile app.
• The device token that lets us deliver push notifications to a phone.
• Basic usage and diagnostic data that keeps the service working, such as error reports and performance measurements.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and support the service, to send the notifications a firm sets up, to keep accounts secure and to improve reliability.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

AI features

When a firm turns on the AI assistant, the relevant text is processed by Amazon Bedrock on Amazon Web Services to produce suggestions, such as a drafted reply or a summary. It is not used to train AI models.

An administrator can switch the AI assistant off for the firm at any time.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services. It is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorised staff, and backups are taken daily.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run Wodana: cloud hosting, email delivery, and messaging services such as WhatsApp when a firm connects them. We also share it when the law requires us to.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the account is active. A firm can ask us to export or delete its data, and any user can ask us to delete their account by writing to support@wodana.ai.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how it is used. Write to support@wodana.ai and we will respond.

Children

Wodana is a tool for businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
